Job Description: Stanwood Lacrosse Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead our Boys High School lacrosse program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lacrosse, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to players.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Coordinate with assistant coaches and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club officials.
• Monitor and evaluate player performance and progress.
• Promote sportsmanship and team values.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in lacrosse at the high school or collegiate level.
• Strong knowledge of lacrosse rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Commitment to player development and team success.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
